My Resilience Ladder
‘My Resilience Ladder’ worksheet has been designed to support children and young people with identifying how different activities can be challenging for us.
For this resource, the idea is to start with a task that is easy to achieve. There should be a reward for the completion of each task. The trickiest and most challenging tasks should be at the top, but the idea is that over time by completing the slightly easier tasks lower down the ladder then the trickier tasks will become easier. You do not need to have 10 steps on the ladder and this can be adapted.
