'I Am Me - Proud to be Me': All About Me Sheet

The ‘I Am Me – Proud to be Me’ sheet is a wonderful tool that can be used to help children and young people express their uniqueness and share more about themselves.
The sheet allows children to showcase their personal identity, strengths, and interests in a fun and creative way. They are encouraged to reflect on their personal characteristics and think about what makes them special and worthy of celebration. This can help to cultivate and build self-esteem, as well as increase their sense of belonging and connectedness. The process of filling out the sheet is also a great opportunity for individuals to connect with others and share their similarities and differences, creating a space of acceptance and respect for diversity.
