A Conversation Spinner to prompt discussions with peers about feelings and behaviours. This is a supportive tool for helping children to talk to peers and hold conversations.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know what to talk about, especially if we are speaking to new or unfamiliar people. Build the conversation spinner by cutting out the arrow and spinner circle, attach a split pin to the middle of the arrow and circle by punching it through the middle of each. To start, spin the spinner! Take it in turns to spin the spinner. I wonder what you will find out about each other!

How could this resource be used?
