I feel right now...
‘I feel right now…’ has been designed to support children and young people with regulating their emotions using the 5 Point Scale. It emphasises that feelings are temporary and can change.
The sheet encourages children and young people to identify where on the scale they are feeling and what they can do to support.
This download includes multiple versions of the sheet, so you can fill in appropriate next steps with the young person before laminating.
