The Emotional Eggs: Role Play / Small World Puppets

The Emotional Eggs have been created to encourage children to talk about different feelings and the varied vocabulary associated with them. It is a tool for developing emotional literacy and feelings vocabulary.
The Emotional Eggs are the perfect Easter addition to any EYFS or KS1 setting.
These eggs can be turned into lolly-stick puppets making them ideal for tuff spots, role-play or small-world play.
How could this resource be used?
- To support emotional regulation, emotional literacy, and identifying different emotions.
- To support a child 1:1.
- To help children to identify a variety of vocabulary to describe their feelings.
