'All About Sleep': Guide for Grown-Ups to Support with Sleep Hygiene

This A4 poster/handout has been designed for grown-ups, such as Teachers, Professionals, and Parents. It is a guide to support understanding how important sleep is for our mind and body.
Whilst the information is targetted at supporting adults with their sleep, the idea is that this information can be funnelled down to support children with their sleep hygiene. This is an information resource to help boost and support teaching about sleep and its importance.
How could this resource be used?
- To support understanding of how sleep impacts on our body and mind.
- To promote healthy sleep hygiene routines and daily practice.
- To understand the benefits of sleep and how it affects our mood not just our physical health.
- To support with adult/staff wellbeing and sleep hygiene within school-related contexts or at home.
