My Mood Tracker - Polaroid
‘Polaroid Mood Tracker’ has been designed to support children and young people with identifying their feelings and emotions. It is a monthly journal that covers 31 days.
The idea is to encourage the child or young person to record all the emotions that they have felt throughout the month. It is about learning to scale our emotions and reflect on how they make us feel and behave. The children or young person will begin to identify patterns in how they are feeling.
