‘What Happens When We Don’t Sleep Enough?’ is a resource designed to support children and young people with forming healthy sleep habits to support mental health and wellbeing.

Lack of sleep affects our bodies, feelings, behaviour, and ability to learn. This worksheet can be used to start that discussion with young people and encourage them to recognise what happens to them when they don’t have enough sleep.
